Coaching Is A Relationship

Imagine a relationship designed to be all about you. A relationship co-created for the purpose of providing a safe place to explore who you are and who you want to become. A relationship built on trust, openness, confidentiality, and mutual respect.  A relationship existing for the sole purpose to assist you in creating the life you want, deserve, and are meant to live.

Coaching Results In Change

Coaching results in change.  Change results from changes in behavior. Changes in behavior result in action. Behavior change comes from conscious and purposeful choices. Purposeful choices happen from the inside out as a result of self-knowledge.  Self-knowledge is a result of exploring and uncovering those human elements that make us unique.  Our internal values, beliefs, skills, abilities, dreams, and desires (to name a few) that govern the way we function in the world.  Until we understand what is inside of us, we are not able to consciously and purposely change our behavior.

Coaching Is A Process

Coaching is a process that is completely focused on what you want. The process is about creating a safe relationship and communication environment that leads to personal self-discovery, problem-solving, goal-setting, and action plans.

There is really only one way to find out what coaching is and that is to experience it first hand.  I provide you the opportunity to experience a complimentary introduction to coaching session -- no cost, no strings, no pressure to continue.  This session will give you an opportunity to experience my coaching style and see if it is a fit with your personality. This fit is essential to the coaching relationship.

Coaching Results

The results of coaching are as individual as the participants themselves and often lead in unexpected directions.  Barriers to success are broken, new goals are set and achieved, individuals find themselves achieving more than they ever thought possible.  Coaching can help you:

  • Set larger and more rewarding personal and professional goals.
  • Achieve more.
  • Improve your job skills.
  • Be a better manager/supervisor.
  • Help your staff reach their goals and become more productive.
  • Become a stronger, more effective manager of people, projects and results.
  • Improve your staff work relationships.
  • Improve your home/family relationships.
  • Balance work, family and free time.
  • Create and maintain a healthy lifestyle (physical/mental/spiritual).
  • Life your life more fully -- emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually.
  • Help you create a plan to take better care of your body, mind, and spirit.
  • Be more efficient with your time and energy.
  • Make a change or advancement in your career of profession.
  • Have more confidence in the way you present yourself.
  • Increase your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Yes, I am interested in setting up a complimentary introduction to coaching session.

Coaching IS NOT:

  • Therapy: Therapy concentrates on the past, coaching concentrates on the future.  Therapy infers there is something wrong with the individual, coaches acknowledge everything is right with the individual.
  • Consulting: Consultants are paid to give suggestions and solve problems. Coaches co-create the solutions with the individual.
