I recognize coaching needs vary and this is reflected in the fee structure. As you read through this information please keep in mind that I will work with you individually regarding the coaching process and fee structure. Following is a menu of options which can be customized to meet your needs.
Introduction to Coaching
This is a complimentary, no fee introduction to the coaching process. This is an opportunity for you to get a feel for the coaching process and for my coaching style. Since the coaching relationship is the foundation of coaching it is important for us to feel comfortable with each other.
This session usually takes place over the phone. Prior to the phone call I will ask you to think of a couple of areas you would like to discuss. These are usually generated from the questions and statements that caught your attention on the web site or through a personal discussion with me.

Coaching Menu Options:
- Sliding Scale
- Fee: Based on individual income and financial situation.
- Sessions: Limited to one scheduled 45 minute session per week and e-mail contact.
- QUALIFICATION: Number of clients participating is limited to a percentage of my client base.
- Flat Fee
- Fee: $500 per month
- Sessions: Limited to one scheduled 45 minute session per week and e-mail contact.
- Flat Fee Retainer
- Fee: $400 per month
- Sessions: Limited to a maximum of six un-scheduled 45 minute session per month and e-mail contact.
- QUALIFICATION: This option is available for anyone who has completed a minimum of four months of continuous coaching with Purposeful Choices Coaching.
Additional Costs
The coaching process is an inside-out process. During the process we may find that personal assessments will be helpful in discovering who you are and what you want. The fees listed above do not include the materials and assessment fees that might be associated with these personal discovery tools. Any personal assessment fees will be discussed and the cost will be added to your coaching package.
